The Great Tyrany of Memenville is a colossal, economically powerful nation, ruled by Carlo I with an even hand, and renowned for its anti-smoking policies. Its hard-nosed, hard-working population of 8.252 billion are either ruled by a sleek, efficient government or a conglomerate of multinational corporations; it's difficult to tell which.

There is no government in the normal sense of the word; however, a small group of community-minded, pro-business individuals devotes most of its attentions to Law & Order, with areas such as Social Equality and Social Welfare receiving almost no funds by comparison. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Anillaco. Income tax is unheard of. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Uranium Mining, Gambling, and Automobile Manufacturing industries.

The military frequently holds bake sales to raise funds, the CEO of Laws Incorporated must sign off on all new bills, employers may fire workers without giving any reason, and the Great Memenville Desert is reputedly the most uninhabitable place in the region. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force. Memenville's national animal is the ferrari, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the carlito.

Memenville is ranked 1st in Argentina and 1,401st in the world for Largest Insurance Industry, scoring 10 on the Risk Expulsion Effectiveness Rating.
