The Holy Republic of Mathghamna is a colossal, genial nation, ruled by the Lord Magister of Mystra with an even hand, and notable for its national health service. Its compassionate, hard-working, intelligent population of 9.014 billion have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it devotes most of its attentions to Religion & Spirituality, with areas such as Healthcare and Social Equality receiving almost no funds by comparison. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Mathghamna Abbey. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 55%. A healthy private sector is dominated by the Tourism industry.

Volunteers are signing up to take arms against an incursion of flesh-eating zombies (Mathghamna has found 2 easter eggs), wealthy students ride to school past mendicant dropouts, loans are available for students from poor families, and photographers can be found hiding behind the curtains in the Lord Magister of Mystra's bedroom. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is moderate. Mathghamna's national animal is the boggart, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, its national religion is Mystracism, and its currency is the kilogram.

Mathghamna is ranked 27th in Equilism and 8,557th in the world for Most Influential, scoring 42 on the Soft Power Disbursement Rating.
