The People's Nation of Mancunia Revolution is a massive, economically powerful nation, ruled by President Tun Sir Ryan Chua with a fair hand, and notable for its sprawling nuclear power plants. Its compassionate, intelligent population of 2.86 billion are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it concentrates mainly on Education, although Commerce and Healthcare are on the agenda. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Mancunia. The average income tax rate is 88%, and even higher for the wealthy. A powerhouse of a private sector is dominated by the Book Publishing industry.

Cyber-crime and tin-foil hat sales are both increasing at record rates, space shuttles regularly launch rubbish into space, every product goes through extensive safety-testing by the government, and military funding has been stripped back. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Mancunia Revolution's national animal is the Tiger, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, its national religion is Mancunianism, and its currency is the Manc.
