The Priestess of Lyanna Stark is a massive, socially progressive nation, ruled by Earth Marlowe-Locksley with an even hand, and remarkable for its compulsory military service. Its compassionate, intelligent population of 3.071 billion have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Social Welfare, Healthcare, and Education. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Earth Centre. The average income tax rate is 52%. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

The government is notorious for leaving citizens with almost nothing from their inheritance, every product goes through extensive safety-testing by the government, pharmacies close down as medicinal drugs are sold freely by the government, and the Supreme Court vehemently protects civil rights and the right to privacy. Crime is well under control. Lyanna Stark's national animal is the mongoose, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the Georgie's Patience.
