The Christian Republic of Luziyca is a massive, devout nation, ruled by President Breuvi Shjoraski with an iron fist, and remarkable for its punitive income tax rates. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 3.433 billion are rabid consumers, partly through choice and partly because the government tells them to and dissenters tend to vanish from their homes at night.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt, pro-business government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Defence, and Commerce. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Bethlehem. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 63%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Arms Manufacturing, Automobile Manufacturing, and Uranium Mining industries.

Concert pianists lie about their occupation to avoid ridicule, insomnia is slowly turning everyone insane, laws are littered with references to cheese, and military spending recently hit a new high. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force. Luziyca's national animal is the bald eagle, which is also the nation's favorite main course, its national religion is Lutheran Christianity, and its currency is the lira.

Luziyca is ranked 4th in Esquarium and 8,831st in the world for Most Influential, scoring 43 on the Soft Power Disbursement Rating.
