The Feudal Estate of Lord Xenophon is a colossal, cultured nation, ruled by Lord Xenophon with an iron fist, and renowned for its anti-smoking policies. Its compassionate, hard-working, cynical population of 7.766 billion are ruled by a mostly-benevolent dictator, who grants the populace the freedom to live their own lives but watches carefully for anyone to slip up.

The enormous government concentrates mainly on Defence, although Education and Public Transport are on the agenda. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of The Xenolith. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 31%. A powerhouse of a private sector is dominated by the Book Publishing industry.

The upper class have been throwing riots after hunting was recently banned, gun ownership is compulsory, skateparks can be found in every city, and conductors wield diamond-encrusted batons to fit in with their freshly gilded surroundings. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is relatively low, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Lord Xenophon's national animal is the cat, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the xenomid.
