Prisoners work-share to cut down rising costs of keeping them in jail, tourists outnumber citizens two to one, the people of Liuzzo are renowned for their nihilistic attitudes, and extreme political groups are outlawed. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Liuzzo's national animal is the zebra, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the zoink.
