Its hard-nosed, intelligent population of 5.767 billion enjoy great social freedoms and frequent elections, where the majority of the populace regularly votes to increase its benefits at the expense of various hapless minorities.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt, moralistic, socially-minded government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, the Environment, and Education. The average income tax rate is 68%, and even higher for the wealthy. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

X-Files ratings have hit an all-time low, the space program has been scrapped in order to focus on more terrestrial pursuits, the police have reaffirmed their tough stance on drugs, and police officers have nearly cracked a major underage astronomy syndicate. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Limited Creativity's national animal is the striped hyena, which is also the nation's favorite main course, its national religion is The People's Pyramid, and its currency is the dollar.
