The Republic of Limited Creativity is a massive, environmentally stunning nation, ruled by Leader with an iron fist, and renowned for its national health service. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 1.017 billion are rabid consumers, partly through choice and partly because the government tells them to and dissenters tend to vanish from their homes at night.

The medium-sized, corrupt government juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Education, and Commerce. The average income tax rate is 9%. A powerhouse of a private sector is dominated by the Gambling industry.

Small businesses are gobbled up almost daily by corporate giants, citizens simply have to point a weapon at a government official to get what they want, thousands of Limited Creativity's citizens have been evicted from their homes so as 'not to cause a fuss' on the international scene, and young children are regularly seen wagering pocket money at blackjack tables. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Limited Creativity's national animal is the striped hyena, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the dollar.
