The Corporation of Lilatia is a massive, devout nation, ruled by The Board of Directors with an iron fist, and renowned for its absence of drug laws. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 1.118 billion are rabid consumers, partly through choice and partly because the government tells them to and dissenters tend to vanish from their homes at night.

The medium-sized, corrupt, pro-business government juggles the competing demands of Defence, Law & Order, and Education. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Ekarest. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 12%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Information Technology, Uranium Mining, and Retail industries.

Burglary is widely regarded as the national sport, political activists are routinely executed, untold millions of Sens are going into a new government-funded maternity leave scheme, and the workforce is almost entirely made up of slave labour. Crime is moderate. Lilatia's national animal is the Rock, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the Sen.
