The Confederacy of Libertarian Conservatism is a massive, economically powerful nation, ruled by President Stig Usiak with an even hand, and notable for its compulsory military service. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, intelligent population of 2.466 billion have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

The tiny government devotes most of its attentions to Defence, with areas such as Social Welfare and Social Equality receiving almost no funds by comparison. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Houston. Income tax is unheard of. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Arms Manufacturing, Tourism, and Automobile Manufacturing industries.

People can often be seen driving to work in war-surplus tanks, the nation's new foreign policy of 'very disproportionate retribution' has its neighbors on edge, all citizens must pass a 'multicultural sensitivity test' to be deemed fit for society, and research into 'designer babies' is banned. Crime is a problem. Libertarian Conservatism's national animal is the War Eagle, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, its national religion is None, and its currency is the Confederate Dollar.

Libertarian Conservatism is ranked 3rd in A New United States and 123,680th in the world for Most Eco-Friendly Governments, scoring -24 on the Dolphin Recycling Awareness Index.
