The Fabulous Founder of LGBT Equality is a colossal, economically powerful nation, ruled by Harvey Milk with a fair hand, and renowned for its complete absence of social welfare. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, intelligent population of 6.288 billion hold their civil and political rights very dear, although the wealthy and those in business tend to be viewed with suspicion.

There is no government in the normal sense of the word; however, a small group of community-minded, liberal individuals juggles the competing demands of Education, Commerce, and Healthcare. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of The Castro. Income tax is unheard of. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Book Publishing industry, followed by Information Technology and Gambling.

Citizens must pay to enjoy LGBT Equality's pristine beaches, schools have extensive counseling programs for troubled students, LGBT Equality is notorious for its citizens' infidelity, and citizens are bombarded with advertising from their compulsory minature radios. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is crippling, probably because of the country's utter lack of prisons. LGBT Equality's national animal is the phoenix, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the liberation.
