The Most Serene Republic of Large Green Plants is a massive, economically powerful nation, ruled by Efriend Kuan with an even hand, and remarkable for its unlimited-speed roads. Its hard-nosed, hard-working population of 4.42 billion have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Defence, Law & Order, and Healthcare. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Ulduar. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 13%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Uranium Mining, Woodchip Exports, and Soda Sales industries.

Elections have been outlawed, the country's famous rainforests are being bulldozed by the mining industry, it's a common sight to see angry commuters with grenade launchers mounted on their vehicles, and guns are banned. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Large Green Plants's national animal is the Green Panda, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the Bop She Bop She Bop.

Large Green Plants is ranked 40th in the South Pacific and 1,964th in the world for Largest Insurance Industry, scoring 9 on the Risk Expulsion Effectiveness Rating.
