The Queendom of La Rousse Chazakah is a massive, economically powerful nation, ruled by Julia The Magnificent with a fair hand, and remarkable for its devotion to social welfare. Its compassionate, intelligent population of 2.515 billion enjoy a sensible mix of personal and economic freedoms, while the political process is open and the people's right to vote held sacrosanct.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it concentrates mainly on Education, although Social Welfare and Law & Order are on the agenda. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Tortuga. The average income tax rate is 92%, and even higher for the wealthy. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

All citizens must pass a 'multicultural sensitivity test' to be deemed fit for society, a primitive society is being eroded as its youth flock to the modern world, the government is pouring money into 'Operation Enduring Democracy', and students cut up leftover Liiollanakkis during Arts and Crafts. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. La Rousse Chazakah's national animal is the Monkey, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the Liiollanakki.
