The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

City sidewalks are crowded with overweight people, people are moving into treehouses in record numbers, cars are banned from built-up areas, and artists are pillars of society. Crime is totally unknown. Kung Fu Penguin's national animal is the ninja penguin, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the nunchuck.
