The Supreme People's Rabbit of Krulltopia is a gargantuan, safe nation, ruled by General Krull with an iron fist, and remarkable for its complete lack of prisons. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 19.454 billion are ruled by a mostly-benevolent dictator, who grants the populace the freedom to live their own lives but watches carefully for anyone to slip up.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt government stops and the rest of society begins, but it concentrates mainly on Defence, although Law & Order and the Environment are on the agenda. Criminals rejoice in the streets as the entire police force is sent away on a training retreat, government officials across Krulltopia are being "encouraged" to adopt Cyber Bunnys to set an example for the populace, all new "spies" are fifteen-year-old acne-ridden kids on computers, and Krulltopia has one of the largest offshore wind farms in the world. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Krulltopia's national animal is the Cyber Bunny, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the Franco.
