The Empire of Kreitopia is a massive, economically powerful nation, ruled by King Marino with an even hand, and renowned for its barren, inhospitable landscape. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, intelligent population of 1.11 billion enjoy some of the most opulent lifestyles in the region, unless they are unemployed or working-class, in which case they are variously starving to death or crippled by easily preventable diseases.

There is no government in the normal sense of the word; however, a small group of community-minded, liberal, pro-business individuals devotes most of its attentions to Law & Order, with areas such as Social Equality and Social Welfare receiving almost no funds by comparison. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Chicheria. Income tax is unheard of. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Information Technology, Tourism, and Retail industries.

Nude art is becoming wildly popular, euthanasia is legal, major internet servers have acquired citizenship and are voting in national elections, and Flying Cheechs are becoming popular in pet stores nationwide. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is crippling. Kreitopia's national animal is the Flying Cheech, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the Andron.

Kreitopia is ranked 574th in the Pacific and 19,243rd in the world for Largest Insurance Industry, scoring 3 on the Risk Expulsion Effectiveness Rating.
