The Holy Kingdom of Kosovo Island is a massive, economically powerful nation, ruled by Castiel with an iron fist, and remarkable for its complete lack of prisons. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Arms Manufacturing, Woodchip Exports, and Tourism industries.

Children as young as twelve are conscripted into the armed forces, school uniforms are compulsory, Kosovo Island successfully hosted the Omashu Olympics, and motorists must pay to enter inner-cities during peak hours. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Kosovo Island's national animal is the Leviathan T-Rex, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, its national religion is Catholic, and its currency is the Plasma Krona.

Kosovo Island is ranked 1st in Omashu and 12,633rd in the world for Most Influential, scoring 33 on the Soft Power Disbursement Rating.
