Its hard-nosed, hard-working, intelligent population of 9.758 billion hold their civil and political rights very dear, although the wealthy and those in business tend to be viewed with suspicion.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Education, and Healthcare. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Killahdom City. The average income tax rate is 93%, and even higher for the wealthy. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Uranium Mining industry, followed by Gambling and Arms Manufacturing.

Schoolchildren have twice-weekly sex education classes, the government has declared its commitment to multilateralism, the government seizes all major gold finds, and scientists regularly clone human beings for research purposes. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Killahdom's national animal is the Staffordshire Staffy, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, its national religion is Killaham, and its currency is the Golden Sterling Killah.
