The Democratic Republic of Khodoristan is a colossal, economically powerful nation, ruled by President Vincent Harling with a fair hand, and renowned for its museums and concert halls. Its compassionate, intelligent population of 5.496 billion hold their civil and political rights very dear, although the wealthy and those in business tend to be viewed with suspicion.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it devotes most of its attentions to Education, with areas such as Religion & Spirituality and Social Equality receiving almost no funds by comparison. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Mezhdet. The average income tax rate is 59%, and even higher for the wealthy. A powerhouse of a private sector is dominated by the Book Publishing industry.

Government officials have to mortgage their homes to make ends meet, minority children spend hours bussing to schools miles away from home, the nation's industries are scrambling to switch to biodegradable plastics, and violently opinionated speakers can be heard preaching their hateful views on every street corner. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Khodoristan's national animal is the White Deer, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the Dollar.

Khodoristan is ranked 52nd in The North Pacific and 2,354th in the world for Most Compassionate Citizens, scoring 53 on the Kitten Softness Rating.
