Its compassionate, intelligent population of 923 million are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, socially-minded government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Education, Healthcare, and Defence. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Khaos Wolf City. The average income tax rate is 79%, and even higher for the wealthy. The government seizes private property for the 'good of the people', the study of medicine is popular throughout Khaos Wolf, expensive lawyers are hired to defend citizens in court for public urination charges against their pets, and Leader has just been declared ruler of Khaos Wolf in an international press conference. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Khaos Wolf's national animal is the Wolf, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the Claw.
