The Walled Federation of Kenopas is a massive, devout nation, ruled by The Armed Police with an iron fist, and renowned for its punitive income tax rates. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 4.012 billion are ruled by a mostly-benevolent dictator, who grants the populace the freedom to live their own lives but watches carefully for anyone to slip up.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Defence, Law & Order, and Religion & Spirituality. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Kenopas City. The average income tax rate is 99%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Arms Manufacturing industry, followed by Uranium Mining and Automobile Manufacturing.

It is a crime to offend someone's religious beliefs, a crusade against barbaric religious practices has begun, midnight raids drag couples from their homes in the name of decency, and the government is a law unto itself. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Kenopas's national animal is the Ostrich, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, its national religion is The Government, and its currency is the Kennicoin.
