The Dictatorship of Kekkaii is a massive, safe nation, ruled by Smith with an iron fist, and remarkable for its keen interest in outer space. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 3.362 billion are ruled with an iron fist by the corrupt, dictatorship government, which oppresses anyone who isn't on the board of a Fortune 500 company. Large corporations tend to be above the law, and use their financial clout to gain ever-increasing government benefits at the expense of the poor and unemployed.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Defence, and the Environment. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Smores City. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 71%. A healthy private sector is dominated by the Arms Manufacturing industry.

The government is avowedly atheist, families consisting of more than three people are forced to split up, an increasing percentage of the population's youth have homosexual parents, and guns are banned. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force. Kekkaii's national animal is the Exceed, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the Floola.

Kekkaii is ranked 2,061st in 10000 Islands and 112,594th in the world for Most Pacifist, scoring -323 on the Lennon-Springsteen Scale.
