Its compassionate, cynical population of 3.224 billion are proud of their wide-ranging civil freedoms, and those who aren't tend to be dragged off the streets by men in dark suits and hustled into cars with tinted windows.

There is no government in the normal sense of the word; however, a small group of community-minded, corrupt individuals devotes most of its attentions to Law & Order, with areas such as Religion & Spirituality and Defence receiving almost no funds by comparison. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Big O Town. The average income tax rate is 2%, but much higher for the wealthy. A nonexistent private sector is dominated by the Beef-Based Agriculture industry.

Appendix transplant figures have recently doubled, retirement homes are often fitted with luxurious suites, Dude has been self-declared as the Most Supreme Magnificent Overlord of Everything You Ever Saw, and the nation has welcomed its expats back with open arms. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is a serious problem. Jeux's national animal is the Tall Things, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the Franco.
