Visitors to the famed rainforests are instead taken to vast furniture factories, Intrepidia successfully hosted the Pangara Olympics, teams of painters are converting road signs from horse lengths to kilometers, and the tenet of free speech is held dear. Crime is a problem. Intrepidia's national animal is the eagle, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, its national religion is presbyterian, and its currency is the dollar.
