Colleges adhere to rigid ethnic quotas for admissions, religious figures have been banned from public holidays to make them more multicultural, the government seizes private property for the 'good of the people', and public loudspeakers constantly tell citizens they are "happy people". Crime is a problem, and the police force struggles against a lack of funding and a high mortality rate. ILYLOL's national animal is the Purple flower thing, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the Lovehate.
