The Imperial Autocracy of Hypocria is a gargantuan, safe nation, ruled by Autokrator Titus II with an iron fist, and notable for its sprawling nuclear power plants. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 14.959 billion are ruled with an iron fist by the corrupt, dictatorship government, which oppresses anyone who isn't on the board of a Fortune 500 company. Large corporations tend to be above the law, and use their financial clout to gain ever-increasing government benefits at the expense of the poor and unemployed.

The small, pro-business government juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Defence, and Public Transport. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Hypocrium. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 3%. A powerhouse of a private sector is dominated by the Gambling industry.

Hypocria's soft-touch approach to diplomacy has made it known as the 'push-over' of the region, euthanasia is legal, Autokrator Titus II has been self-declared as the Most Supreme Magnificent Overlord of Everything You Ever Saw, and young children are regularly seen wagering pocket money at blackjack tables. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force. Hypocria's national animal is the Hyppo, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the Draxal.
