The Bulks as Bulkster of Hurnen is a colossal, cultured nation, ruled by Loose with an iron fist, and notable for its keen interest in outer space. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 7.123 billion are ruled by a mostly-benevolent dictator, who grants the populace the freedom to live their own lives but watches carefully for anyone to slip up.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt government stops and the rest of society begins, but it concentrates mainly on Defence, although Law & Order and Education are secondary priorities. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Hurnen City. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 75%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Arms Manufacturing industry, followed by Uranium Mining and Book Publishing.

Nude art is becoming wildly popular, the nation is experiencing a severe shortage of sporting events, penurious citizens die from easily remedied ailments because they aren't 'taking enough initiative', and only the rich can afford the latest medical innovations. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Hurnen's national animal is the Swan, which is also the nation's favorite main course, its national religion is Belief in your Rugby ballz, and its currency is the Gold coin.
