The Constitutional Republic of Himsefl is a massive, socially progressive nation, ruled by Ted with a fair hand, and remarkable for its national health service. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, intelligent population of 4.784 billion live in a state of perpetual fear, as a complete breakdown of social order has led to the rise of order through biker gangs.

The enormous, liberal, pro-business government is effectively ruled by the Department of Defence, with areas such as the Environment and Social Equality receiving almost no funds by comparison. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Undisclosed Location. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 6%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Arms Manufacturing, Information Technology, and Book Publishing industries.

Scenic mountain valleys are flooded with water as damming projects get underway, Himsefl's children are widely acknowledged as the most foul-mouthed in the region, international tensions are high as Himsefl threatens any government with the audacity to arrest its citizens, and artists are pillars of society. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is crippling. Himsefl's national animal is the Aardwolf, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the Milk Jug Cap.
