The hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 2.327 billion Heavens Fallen Starsians are ruled by a mostly-benevolent dictator, who grants the populace the freedom to live their own lives but watches carefully for anyone to slip up.

Heavens Fallen Stars's national animal is the Dragon Of The 7th Star, which soars majestically through the nation's famously clear skies, its national religion is The Worship Of Tiamat, and its currency is the Gold Star.
