The Free People's Nation of Hajbika is a massive, environmentally stunning nation, ruled by The Chairman of Liberty with a fair hand, and notable for its anti-smoking policies. Its compassionate, intelligent population of 3.615 billion are free to do what they want with their own bodies, and vote for whoever they like in elections; if they go into business, however, they are regulated to within an inch of their lives.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, liberal, socially-minded government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Education, Social Equality, and Social Welfare. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of People's Crown City. The average income tax rate is 97%. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

Anti-government web sites are springing up, most of the nation's wealthy aristocrats are dentists, the 'kind of scrawny' 500 meter hurdle is a popular event, and a primitive society is being eroded as its youth flock to the modern world. Crime is totally unknown. Hajbika's national animal is the lion, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the Haj.

Hajbika is ranked 33rd in California and 100,277th in the world for Largest Insurance Industry, scoring -10 on the Risk Expulsion Effectiveness Rating.
