The CP Alliance Security Force of Guardians of Paradise is a gargantuan, economically powerful nation, remarkable for its barren, inhospitable landscape. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, intelligent population of 11.446 billion are effectively ruled by a group of massive corporations, who run for political office and provide their well-off citizens with world-class goods and services. Their poorer citizens, however, are mostly starving to death while being urged to go out and get real jobs. The populace has reasonably extensive civil rights, although these are mostly aimed at allowing them to buy whatever they like.

The large, pro-business government juggles the competing demands of Defence, Law & Order, and Religion & Spirituality. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 15%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Arms Manufacturing, Door-to-door Insurance Sales, and Beef-Based Agriculture industries.

Businesses often fire workers in favour of cheaper automatic systems, crime suspects are forced to submit to blood testing, Guardians of Paradise has been recently classified as an international menace after 'liberating' several nearby territories, and child adoption by homosexual couples has been outlawed. Crime is a major problem. Guardians of Paradise's national animal is the eagle, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the mark.

Guardians of Paradise is ranked 10th in Conservative Paradise and 5,304th in the world for Largest Insurance Industry, scoring 5 on the Risk Expulsion Effectiveness Rating.
