Morning coffees are no longer the same since the disappearance of newspapers, the airship business has been driven out of the country by strict regulations and high fines, a typical fast food menu item could serve a small army, and Human is one of the most popular forenames in Gaftonoshu. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Gaftonoshu's national animal is the Human, which is also the nation's favorite main course, its national religion is Freedom, and its currency is the Calories.
