The Free Land of Fittihulli is a colossal, economically powerful nation, ruled by Otto with an even hand, and notable for its museums and concert halls. Its hard-nosed, intelligent population of 5.572 billion have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it devotes most of its attentions to Education, with areas such as Defence and Religion & Spirituality receiving almost no funds by comparison. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Red House City. The average income tax rate is 96%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Information Technology industry, followed by Book Publishing and Tourism.

The nation is experiencing a severe shortage of sporting events, thousands of Fittihulli's citizens have been evicted from their homes so as 'not to cause a fuss' on the international scene, the art of conversation has been rediscovered, and fewer people are bathing as citizens must show ration stamps before they can turn on their faucets. Crime is totally unknown. Fittihulli's national animal is the three horned rhino, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the dong.

Fittihulli is ranked 113th in Nordic Lands and 121,657th in the world for Most Extreme, scoring 6 on the Paul-Nader Subjective Decentrality Index.
