The police force is on a recruitment drive, Felenia's children are widely acknowledged as the most foul-mouthed in the region, urban high-volume mailers now receive their mail via chauffer-driven limousines, and a large-scale revitalization of the education system is underway. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is moderate. Felenia's national animal is the jaguar, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the lira.
