The United Autonomous Republics of Falbrook is a massive, environmentally stunning nation, notable for its sprawling nuclear power plants. Its compassionate, intelligent population of 2.016 billion love a good election, and the government gives them plenty of them. Universities tend to be full of students debating the merits of various civil and political rights, while businesses are tightly regulated and the wealthy viewed with suspicion.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, socially-minded government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Education, the Environment, and Social Equality. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Adanac. The average income tax rate is 97%. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

Prices for nearly everything reach all time highs as business subsidies are discontinued, children are raised bilingual from an early age, all citizens must pass a 'multicultural sensitivity test' to be deemed fit for society, and students cut up leftover Raqs during Arts and Crafts. Crime is totally unknown. Falbrook's national animal is the Fox, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the Raq.

Falbrook is ranked 153rd in USSR and 100,240th in the world for Largest Insurance Industry, scoring -9 on the Risk Expulsion Effectiveness Rating.
