The Republic of Eurosceptic Citizens is a colossal, socially progressive nation, ruled by Nigel Farage with a fair hand, and renowned for its unlimited-speed roads. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, intelligent population of 5.58 billion are effectively ruled by a group of massive corporations, who run for political office and provide their well-off citizens with world-class goods and services. Their poorer citizens, however, are mostly starving to death while being urged to go out and get real jobs. The populace has reasonably extensive civil rights, although these are mostly aimed at allowing them to buy whatever they like.

There is no government in the normal sense of the word; however, a small group of community-minded individuals concentrates mainly on Law & Order, although Education and Defence are on the agenda. Income tax is unheard of. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Book Publishing, Information Technology, and Tourism industries.

Drug distribution is tightly controlled by the government, the latest Harry Potter book is a bestseller, many parents are becoming frustrated with their children's choices in spouses, and government-run screening operations remove embryos with severe genetic disorders. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Eurosceptic Citizens's national animal is the lion, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the pound.

Eurosceptic Citizens is ranked 46th in Europe and 4,360th in the world for Largest Insurance Industry, scoring 6 on the Risk Expulsion Effectiveness Rating.
