The Democratic Republic of Enroslandia is a massive, socially progressive nation, ruled by Melissa Xénos-Johnson with an even hand, and renowned for its anti-smoking policies. Its compassionate, intelligent population of 1.288 billion have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Education, Social Welfare, and Healthcare. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Rossington. The average income tax rate is 82%, and even higher for the wealthy. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

Extreme political groups are outlawed, the government pours millions of Euros into rehabilitation programs annually, the latest Harry Potter book is a bestseller, and all weapon research has been banned. Crime is totally unknown. Enroslandia's national animal is the Enroslandic Hound, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the Euro.

Enroslandia is ranked 442nd in Europe and 95,534th in the world for Largest Insurance Industry, scoring -5 on the Risk Expulsion Effectiveness Rating.
