The Lerestarium of Enpolintoc is a gargantuan, environmentally stunning nation, ruled by the Cesarica with an iron fist, and notable for its national health service. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 12.329 billion are ruled by a mostly-benevolent dictator, who grants the populace the freedom to live their own lives but watches carefully for anyone to slip up.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Defence, and Education. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Monelene. The average income tax rate is 100%. A powerhouse of a private sector is dominated by the Gambling industry.

Suppression of pro-democracy protests is a daily occurrence, prisoners work-share to cut down rising costs of keeping them in jail, the people of Enpolintoc are renowned for their nihilistic attitudes, and families consisting of more than three people are forced to split up. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Enpolintoc's national animal is the Natan, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the E-Credit.
