The Icelandic Hyperdemocracy of Ejyafjallajokull is a massive, economically powerful nation, ruled by the Social Conservative Party with a fair hand, and remarkable for its happy-go-lucky citizens. Its compassionate, hard-working, intelligent population of 3.228 billion enjoy a sensible mix of personal and economic freedoms, while the political process is open and the people's right to vote held sacrosanct.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it devotes most of its attentions to Education, with areas such as Religion & Spirituality and Defence receiving almost no funds by comparison. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Kirkjubæjarklaustur. The average income tax rate is 93%, and even higher for the wealthy. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

Children are raised bilingual from an early age, the government has instituted 'traveller reservations' across the country, the government seeks peaceful forum with terrorists, and conductors wield diamond-encrusted batons to fit in with their freshly gilded surroundings. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Ejyafjallajokull's national animal is the Great Auk, which is also the nation's favorite main course, its national religion is Secular Scandinavianism, and its currency is the Icelandic Króna.

Ejyafjallajokull is ranked 1st in Icelandic International Community and 4,617th in the world for Most Eco-Friendly Governments, scoring 108 on the Dolphin Recycling Awareness Index.
