The Rogue Nation of Dytriraseda is a massive, environmentally stunning nation, ruled by The Council with an even hand, and renowned for its sprawling nuclear power plants. Its hard-nosed population of 2.383 billion have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Defence, Law & Order, and Public Transport. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Freeland. The average income tax rate is 65%, and even higher for the wealthy. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

A survey of the nation's rivers and children has shown that pesticide levels are at an all-time regional high, the latest Harry Potter book is a bestseller, Dytriraseda is notorious for its citizens' infidelity, and fashion stores are exploding in sales as clothing is reintroduced to the country. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Dytriraseda's national animal is the Chelaniel, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the Lanstan.

Dytriraseda is ranked 4th in Gaiaphagia and 29,575th in the world for Largest Public Sector, scoring 15 on the Bureaucratic Comprehensiveness Rating Scale Index.
