Its compassionate, hard-working population of 3.26 billion have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, the Environment, and Education. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Beunos byebye. The average income tax rate is 68%. A nonexistent private sector is dominated by the Book Publishing industry.

Marketing departments of corporate giants compete to sponsor little league teams, wealthy students ride to school past mendicant dropouts, the government has enacted freedom of information, and photographers have to apply for a license to photograph Maharajah Dru. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Dru-Topia's national animal is the Tiger, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, its national religion is Hinduism, and its currency is the Dru-Topian Rupee.

Dru-Topia is ranked 56th in India and 92,522nd in the world for Largest Insurance Industry, scoring -4 on the Risk Expulsion Effectiveness Rating.
