Its hard-nosed, hard-working population of 6.485 billion are either ruled by a sleek, efficient government or a conglomerate of multinational corporations; it's difficult to tell which.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt, pro-business government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Education, Healthcare, and Commerce. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Dragonia13 City. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 20%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Information Technology, Uranium Mining, and Gambling industries.

Citizens are bombarded with advertising from their compulsory minature radios, senior citizens can usually be found doing heavy manual labour, citizens must pay to enjoy Dragonia13's pristine beaches, and Saturday morning cartoons feature full frontal nudity. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Dragonia13's national animal is the Tiger, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the Li.

Dragonia13 is ranked 1st in Sweden and 1,281st in the world for Largest Insurance Industry, scoring 10 on the Risk Expulsion Effectiveness Rating.
