The Tierra y Libertad of Dolores Ibarruri is a colossal, genial nation, ruled by La Pasionaria with a fair hand, and remarkable for its museums and concert halls. The compassionate, intelligent population of 7.002 billion Dolores Ibarrurians are free to do what they want with their own bodies, and vote for whomever they like in elections; if they go into business, however, they are regulated to within an inch of their lives.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, liberal, socially-minded government stops and the rest of society begins, but it concentrates mainly on Education, although Social Equality and Social Welfare are on the agenda. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of El Unico Camino. The average income tax rate is 98%. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

Artists are pillars of society, nude art is becoming wildly popular, graffiti graces every city's streets, and people reciting Shakespeare have become a common sight. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is pervasive, and the police force struggles against a lack of funding and a high mortality rate. Dolores Ibarruri's national animal is the Blackbird, which soars majestically through the nation's famously clear skies, and its currency is the Mutual Aid.

Dolores Ibarruri is ranked 1st in Espana and 908th in the world for Largest Welfare Programs, scoring 244 on the Safety Net Mesh Density Rating.
