The Holy White Dominion of Divine is a massive, environmentally stunning nation, ruled by Saint Gale of the Sacred Wall with an even hand, and notable for its devotion to social welfare. Its compassionate population of 2.5 billion are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, socially-minded government stops and the rest of society begins, but it is mainly concerned with Religion & Spirituality, although Social Welfare and Education are secondary priorities. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Martyr. The average income tax rate is 67%, and even higher for the wealthy. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

Drug distribution is tightly controlled by the government, reporters often lose their jobs over fact-checking errors, citizens are expected to be proficient in at least five languages, and the 'kind of scrawny' 500 meter hurdle is a popular event. Crime is relatively low, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Divine's national animal is the Phoenix, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, its national religion is Romanacism, and its currency is the Blessing.

Divine is ranked 42nd in The Nation of Nations and Friends and 89,367th in the world for Most Extreme, scoring 13 on the Paul-Nader Subjective Decentrality Index.
