The Lawless Orgylands of Dirrty XXXtina is a colossal, cultured nation, ruled by Fornicatrix Maxima with a fair hand, and renowned for its absence of drug laws. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, intelligent population of 9.113 billion live in a state of perpetual fear, as a complete breakdown of social order has led to the rise of order through biker gangs.

There is no government in the normal sense of the word; however, a small group of community-minded, liberal, pro-business individuals is effectively ruled by the Department of Healthcare, with areas such as Law & Order and Religion & Spirituality receiving almost no funds by comparison. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Live Nude Girls. Income tax is unheard of. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

Dirrty XXXtina's national animal is the sexkitten, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, its national religion is Tantric Hedonism, and its currency is the nymphodollar.
