The Incorporated States of Dimetrija is a massive, safe nation, ruled by Dime with an even hand, and notable for its irreverence towards religion. Its hard-nosed population of 3.554 billion are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Defence, Education, and Commerce. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Bitopolis. The average income tax rate is 73%, and even higher for the wealthy. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Book Publishing, Beef-Based Agriculture, and Uranium Mining industries.

Schoolchildren have twice-weekly sex education classes, colleges adhere to rigid ethnic quotas for admissions, the 'Half King of Maxtopia' exhibit is the least popular amongst museum-goers, and politicians are often found scavenging bins at night to supplement their income. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Dimetrija's national animal is the Wolf, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, its national religion is Dimetrion, and its currency is the Dime.

Dimetrija is ranked 5th in Arctic Region and 93,632nd in the world for Most Influential, scoring 4 on the Soft Power Disbursement Rating.
