It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Commerce, Education, and Healthcare. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Freetown. The average income tax rate is 60%, and even higher for the wealthy. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Gambling, Tourism, and Soda Sales industries.

A National Academy regulates grammar and usage, notable individuals are granted land and titles, organ donation rates are among the lowest in the region, and the government seeks peaceful forum with terrorists. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Dilibertar's national animal is the Hawk, which is also the nation's favorite main course, its national religion is a major religion, and its currency is the Euro.

Dilibertar is ranked 6th in Assassins and 32,197th in the world for Most Influential, scoring 17 on the Soft Power Disbursement Rating.
