The Llama of Cypricia is a massive, safe nation, ruled by Alpha Llama with an even hand, and renowned for its anti-smoking policies. Its hard-nosed, hard-working population of 2.366 billion have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it concentrates mainly on Education, although Defence and Healthcare are secondary priorities. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Cyprica. The average income tax rate is 30%. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

Prime real estate is devoted to wind farms and solar energy generators, euthanasia is legal, the government has cut taxes in the face of widespread tax evasion, and the people are famous throughout the region for their bleached-white teeth. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Cypricia's national animal is the Llama, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the Haystack.

Cypricia is ranked 4,088th in the South Pacific and 126,347th in the world for Largest Welfare Programs, scoring -44 on the Safety Net Mesh Density Rating.
