The Holy Empire of Cyberax is a massive, environmentally stunning nation, ruled by King Solomon with a fair hand, and notable for its national health service. The hard-nosed, intelligent population of 4.501 billion Cyberaxians love a good election, and the government gives them plenty of them. Universities tend to be full of students debating the merits of various civil and political rights, while businesses are tightly regulated and the wealthy viewed with suspicion.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Defence, Law & Order, and the Environment. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Ordo ab Chao. The average income tax rate is 57%. Private enterprise is illegal, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Arms Manufacturing.

The welfare administration's new sweeping authority has forced the poor and needy to shop from pre-approved grocery lists, mandatory electronic currency is a boon for credit card companies and government surveillance, the richest citizens live in sheltered private citadels, and the flesh-eating lost souls that wander at night serve as a major tourist attraction (Cyberax has found 2 easter eggs). Crime is moderate. Cyberax's national animal is the Dodo, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the Kruger.

Cyberax is ranked 1,952nd in Lazarus and 70,817th in the world for Most Authoritarian, with 0.201 Stalins.
