The Holy Empire of Cyberax is a massive, environmentally stunning nation, ruled by King Solomon with a fair hand, and renowned for its punitive income tax rates. The hard-nosed, intelligent population of 4.46 billion Cyberaxians love a good election, and the government gives them plenty of them. Universities tend to be full of students debating the merits of various civil and political rights, while businesses are tightly regulated and the wealthy viewed with suspicion.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Defence, Law & Order, and the Environment. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Ordo ab Chao. The average income tax rate is 57%. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

Soylent products are an expensive commodity due to a lack of volunteers, citizens are frequently held up at gunpoint by their local pizza delivery boys, prenuptial contracts have replaced diamond rings in marriage proposals, and the welfare administration's new sweeping authority has forced the poor and needy to shop from pre-approved grocery lists. Crime is moderate. Cyberax's national animal is the Dodo, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the Kruger.

Cyberax is ranked 2,624th in Lazarus and 100,334th in the world for Most Rebellious Youth, scoring -7 on the Stark-Dean Displacement Index.
