The Christian Democratic Nation of Culture of Life is a colossal, environmentally stunning nation, ruled by Gerard Majella with a fair hand, and notable for its strong anti-business policies. Its compassionate, intelligent population of 6.576 billion love a good election, and the government gives them plenty of them. Universities tend to be full of students debating the merits of various civil and political rights, while businesses are tightly regulated and the wealthy viewed with suspicion.

There is no government in the normal sense of the word; however, a small group of community-minded, socially-minded individuals juggles the competing demands of Education, Healthcare, and Social Welfare. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of New Jerusalem. Income tax is unheard of. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

All forms of advertising are banned, marijuana is legal in the privacy of your own home, politicians are often found scavenging bins at night to supplement their income, and the art of conversation has been rediscovered. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is crippling, probably because of the country's utter lack of prisons. Culture of Life's national animal is the dove, which is also the nation's favorite main course, its national religion is Catholicism, and its currency is the vita.

Culture of Life is ranked 65th in Right to Life and 122,600th in the world for Largest Timber Woodchipping Industry, scoring -23 on the Tasmanian Pulp Environmental Export Index.
